Indications / 効能効果
EN: Suppression of rejection in organ transplantation (kidney, liver, heart, lung, pancreas, small intestine transplantation), suppression of rejection and graft-versus-host disease in bone marrow transplantation, myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis (limited to cases with inadequate response to existing treatment), lupus nephritis (when steroid treatment is inadequate or difficult due to adverse reactions), refractory (steroid-resistant, steroid-dependent) active ulcerative colitis (moderate to severe cases), interstitial pneumonia associated with polymyositis/dermatomyositis
JA: 下記の臓器移植における拒絶反応の抑制（腎移植、肝移植、心移植、肺移植、膵移植、小腸移植）、骨髄移植における拒絶反応及び移植片対宿主病の抑制、重症筋無力症、関節リウマチ（既存治療で効果不十分な場合に限る）、ループス腎炎（ステロイド剤の投与が効果不十分、又は副作用により困難な場合）、難治性（ステロイド抵抗性、ステロイド依存性）の活動期潰瘍性大腸炎（中等症～重症に限る）、多発性筋炎・皮膚筋炎に合併する間質性肺炎
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: For liver transplantation: Usually, the initial dose is 0.15mg/kg of tacrolimus twice daily orally. Thereafter, gradually reduce the dose; the maintenance dose is standardized at 0.10mg/kg daily, adjusted as necessary according to symptoms.
JA: 肝移植の場合：通常、初期にはタクロリムスとして1回0.15mg/kgを1日2回経口投与する。以後、徐々に減量し、維持量は1日量0.10mg/kgを標準とするが、症状に応じて適宜増減する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this drug, patients receiving cyclosporine or bosentan, patients receiving potassium-sparing diuretics, live vaccine administration
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、シクロスポリン又はボセンタン投与中の患者、カリウム保持性利尿剤投与中の患者、生ワクチン接種
